The cart takes your first month. We confirm the monthly schedule by email before the second delivery.

Returned Without Fuss
How your order reaches you, how it comes back if it is not right, and how payment is handled.
Tracked UK delivery is £9.50 per order. Orders placed by 2pm on a working day leave the same afternoon and usually arrive the next working day on the mainland. The Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland take two to three working days. Rackets travel in a rigid frame box, never a soft mailer.

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the goods back, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Rackets must come back unplayed: protective film on, no marks on the frame or bumper, grip unwrapped. Rackets strung to a tension you specified are made to order and are not covered, unless faulty. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, PayPal or bank transfer. Payment details are entered on and handled by our payment provider; Ardovique never sees or stores your full card number. Bank transfer orders are held for three working days and dispatched once the payment clears. All prices include VAT.
